JLS Seeking Women Volunteers

SPRINGFIELD---The Junior League of Springfield is hosting a spring recruitment event on Monday, May 21 at Ross Isaac (1710 South MacArthur Boulevard) from 5:00-7:00pm.  The event is open to Springfield-area women who are least 21 years old and interested in volunteering.  During "Martini Monday," appetizers will be served, and attendees will have the opportunity to meet with current members to learn more about this service organization.  Summer recruitment events will also be held on Thursday, June 14 (Brickhouse Pub & Grill - Iles Ave.) and Tuesday, July 10 (It's All About Wine - Wabash Ave.).

The Junior League of Springfield (JLS) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
